In true, big bad form, we wanted to start 2014 with a bang. Our first event being the Philadelphia Flower Show, which has since been named the "Best Philadelphia Flower Show EVER" by fellow garden geeks Susan Harris with Garden Rant and Susan Cohen with Miss Rumphius Rules.
If you're not familiar with the Flower Show, just know it was a gorgeously choreographed display of floral art and marketplace atmosphere. Goers were inspired by grandious displays of plants....

then led to vibrant aisles of plant-filled booths such as ours, and the debut of our Big Bad Flower neon sign (cause we're always open!)

We had a blast. Our DIY Succulent Bar was a big bad hit...

Even managed to catch the Big Bad Boss in action.

We brought a wide assortment of edibles, including figs, raspberries, blueberries, Goji berries and more! All available online too.

And teased Spring by bringing several of our big bad annuals to the show, such as Moonlight Eclipse petunia, Garden Crimson mandevilla and Surfinia Summer Double Rose petunia.
The Philadelphia Flower Show was a great start to the year, especially when you're causing smiles to happen.

Stay tuned for more big bad Flower Show goodness. Or, see all the action, on our Facebook page.
Garden on!
