Replacement Policy

Our ultimate goal is to deliver big bad plants, ready to flourish in your big bad garden, but the truth is, sometimes plants just don’t travel well. If for some reason your plants don’t survive the trip to your door step or their packaging is damaged in transit, refunds or replacements will be issued free of charge. Please email or mail us the following information within 7 days of receiving for a replacement or to be reimbursed:

  • Date plants were received
  • Images of damaged plant(s)
  • Detail of damages
