I've been inspired, and frankly, quite thirsty since my last post: How to Make Your Next Garden Party Badass. Especially the part in there where I bossed about serving fresh, garden drinks to your guests. Nothing relaxes me more than sitting in my plastic adirondack chair (pretending it's a porch swing), sipping on a cool drink and conversating with my husband, or the crickets. Either way, a garden-fresh mixer just seems to melt a day's worries away.
On the chance you might need a few more options, than the Boozey Strawberry Basil Lemonade I shared in the last post, here are a few thirst-quenchers you can create, straight from the garden.
Drink up.
Watermelon and Blueberry Mojitos
from the Hungry Australian
Find the recipe here >>> Shop our big bad blueberries to find a variety worthy of your drink.
Homegrown Tomato Juice with Optional Twist
from Gayla Trail, garden blogger at You Grow Girl

Find the recipe here, as a guest garden blog post for Better Homes and Gardens. But be sure to see all Gayla's goodness at You Grow Girl >>>
Riesling Strawberry Slushies
from With Style and Grace

For those of you who love wine more than anything -- this is your drink. I've personally taste-tested it, and love it. All of it, actually. Find the recipe here >>>
Do you have a favorite drink, made from your garden harvest? Let me know, would ya? I'm looking for a new refresher. This summer has been a hot one.
