Shipping and Replacement Credit Policy

In order to provide better shipping options Bigbadflower is now working Priority Service from the US Post Office.  All products shipped within the continental United States, will recieve 2 to 3 day delivery.  Our unique packaging holds 3 plants (plants are grown in commercial propagation trays, 1 1/4 x 1 3/4 cells and will have 3 to 6 inches of growth (plant).)  Each package of 3 plants (or less) will ship for $6.00.  If you have questions regarding shipping, please email us at bigbadflower@yahoo.com.

All orders will be ship on the following Tuesday, after they are received.  We will take into consideration holidays so that plants spend as little time as possible in transit. Tracking Numbers with USPS orders are now available.  If you do not receive your tracking information, please simply email bigbadflower@yahoo.com for information on your order.  Refunds or Replacements will be issued free of charge if plants arrive damaged, are mislabeled, or die within the first few days of receipt. Digital images of damaged boxes and mislabeled blooms are encouraged. Images (digital or film) of dead plants are required.
